What we do.

Global Serenity is a nonprofit organization based in New York City with an unwavering commitment to reducing homelessness and addressing a range of associated issues, including domestic violence, unemployment, and the shortage of affordable housing. Our mission is to reduce homelessness and offer comprehensive support through transitional supportive shelter, permanent housing, and affordable, high-quality housing. Integral to our approach are essential resources and social services, which include specialized counseling services, job training programs, and assistance in securing affordable housing.

To realize our mission, we foster strong partnerships and collaborations with local community-based agencies and leading nonprofit organizations. We engage with government agencies, community leaders and organizations to attract resources and for support policies and programs to address the needs of the homeless population.

We also actively engage with government programs, secure grants and bequests, and access private funds and tax credits. Additionally, we cultivate contributions from private sector funders to support our efforts. By leveraging these diverse funding sources and collaborative relationships, we are dedicated to empowering individuals and families to achieve stability, independence, and a higher quality of life. Through our holistic and humanitarian approach, we strive to contribute to reducing the problems of homelessness through our long-term housing assistance program.
