Dr. Olubukola Akindeinde is an accountant with over fifteen years of experience in Audit and Accounting. He has expertise in setting up accounting functions, systems, and cost-reduction, and lasting business relationships to ensure goal-surpassing fiscal performance. Dr. Akindeinde served in various public and private firms, including Chief Finance Officer (In Kind). He also served in Lamercoy LLC, (Tax/financial and Management consultant), Managing Director, where he provided a wide range of financial tasks.

Shola Ajiboye is a performance driven leader with over 20 years professional experience and over 14 years extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. He has extensive experience in leading and directing accounting processes, improving controls, and strengthening systems for optimal performance. Track record of outstanding service in the U.S. Army and received commendations, medals, and awards. She served as CFO Consultant and Senior Financial Engineer at Arabella Advisory, Washington DC, where she managed the financial processes of over 18 nonprofit organizations.
Chief Admin Officer & Executive Consultant
Dr. David Ogula is a Talent Development Consultant with a doctorate in management and extensive experience in the private and public sectors. He has held senior leadership roles, including Professor, Vice President, and Dean of the School of Business at Apollos University. He served as Director of Learning and Development and Special Programs at the Fire Department of the City of New York, the largest fire department in the United States. Dr. Ogula held the position of Human Capital Systems Administrator at the New York County District Attorney’s Office and served as an Employee Relations Consultant at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Dr. Ogula has also worked as a consultant on emerging economies, focusing on human capacity and development and program execution.

Stephanie West is an Independent Consultant and a Senior Operations & Compliance Advisor, offering senior-level advisory support to organizations operating in highly regulated environments. Stephanie serves as single point of accountability for multi-site operations, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and industry standards. She leads teams through performance recovery, compliance remediation, and operational stabilization. Stephanie served at Tranquil Consulting as Senior Operations Associate and United Healthcare as Quality & Data Integrity Operations.
Chief Financial Officer
Young Iruafemi is seasoned professional with years of experience behavioral health and family Services. Patrick is a certified teacher. He served in Beanstalk Academy, Bronx, NY as the Lead Teacher, and Highbridge Advisory Family Services, New York, using his skills to develop children of ages four and up in the language arts, mathematics, and science. He also served in the New York City Department of Education, teaching mathematics, science and social studies, helping children from underserved communities develop their human and social skills..
